This beer is a brassy color with a small off-white head.
Not much aroma. Sweet malt, a little fruit.
Fruity taste, peppery, a little funky.
A dry finish. Pleasant beer.

I always appreciate a heady brew and a heady brewer. I almost got both from The Dreams That Stuff Are Made Of.
This brew is dedicated to Stephen Hawking, the great popularizer of astrophysics. While the name and intent is heady for an ale, 6.6 ABV is more modest.
There is really nothing negative to say about Dreams. It Looks slightly above average, but its Smells clearly a malts yearning (yeasting) to be fruit. Tastes are balanced, sufficiently fruity, slightly funky and finishes dry. In the mouth, it is soft and cleanses my palate for another bite of leftover summer fare. Dreams made my meal better.
Part of the Colorado Proud promotion campaign of its crafters, Woods Boss is a mere four years old. For that young age, it has a well-developed website that tells its story and makes their mission seem to also be an inviting meeting place. I'm also impressed that Woods Boss mostly makes IPAs and standard brewing menus for the American palate, but has produced a Belgian this good for its age. I look forward to trying more.
