Guest House imperial dessert beer. This beer departs a little further from our other departures and lands on a new island. There’s LOADS of guava in this beer. There’s also lactose, vanilla, coconut and passionfruit. We again tweaked the acidity to lace in a touch of tart, but this time we surface at 10% ABV.
The acid cuts the sweetness and hits round and clean with a velveteen, jammy, shortcake, lemon curd expression that IS the dessert to shush you down.

Tasted in a snifter from a snifter from draft at Consume on October 25, 2019. Brewed with guava, lactose, vanilla, coconut and passionfruit. Nice balance of acidity and sweetness.

Clear Amber, small head. A little kettle sour flavor, peachy and tropical, medium bodied. Overall, pretty nice.
