Poured at the source into a 16 oz can shaped pint glass, came out last week pretty darn fresh. Pours a slightly cloudy dark yellow, with a half finger white head that leaves a few thin little wisps of lace.
Smell is lemon, biscuit, coriander, and some earthy herbal smell I can’t put my nose on pleasant.
Taste follows biscuit, lemon, coriander, and once again something I just can’t describe but it slightly floral and earthy.
Mouthfeel is almost medium, moderate amount life, not really dry, and 5.3% may drink a little bigger, but still very easy drinking.
Overall this is for the people dabbling with craft beer and it is smart for them to have this option for lighter beer drinkers.
