From a 16 oz. can dated 03/16/23. Sampled April 30, 2023.
The appearance is about what you would expect in the style with an olive-yellow color under a short lived white head. Moderate clarity.
The aroma is at first toasted biscuit and yeast but then the clove, coriander, sage, and rosemary spiced and herb characters show themselves.
Smooth, light to medium mouthfeel.
The taste is briefly sweet but the herbs and spices really take it over with each ensuing sip. Not as tart as some other Saisons I have had.

Can. Pale straw yellow with slight haze, dissipates but not in a fizzy loud way. Subtle complex aroma with hints of grass spice vanilla and honey. Sweet but not cloying vanilla honey peach with spicy but not bitter finish to balance. Medium, appropriately soft body with nice soft internal carbo despite the lack of head. Totally excellent example of the style, especially for US, which is one of my favorite styles.
