Cloudy with a nice head. Great nose, slightly tart, some funk, tons of carbonation, and quite light. Really nice beer!

Pours a cloudy, pale straw color with a small amount of short-lived fizzy white head. Aroma is lemongrass, fruit and funk. Smells great. Taste has the farmhouse / saison funk that I love. Grassy notes, along with lemon. Very tasty. Moderately full mouthfeel. Overall, right up my alley. Very much enjoying this one.

16oz undated can poured into becher glass at fridge temp 4.9% ABV. The beer pours dull, hazy yellow with a small bone white head. The head recedes to a thin ring and single layer of bubbles. Minimal lacing. The aroma is moderate in strength featuring overly ripe peach, tropical fruit salad and bubblegum. The taste is semitart wheat malt with a the overly ripe tropical notes and minimal bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with just less than medium carbonation and a somewhat dry finish. Overall, very good in the dry hopped sub-set of saisons.

Pours opaque straw gold. A finger of head dissipating into a a white ring leaving sudsy lacing. Smell is orange zest, grass, funk, sweet malt and bread. Taste follows suit with the overwhelming funk taking center stage followed by very subtle hop bitterness and the rest of the flavors taking a back seat. Feel is crisp but also full and velvety. Will drink the rest with glee.
