Pours a murky brown. Very little carbonation leaves almost no head or bubbles.
Smell is boozy, fruity, figs, and bourbon. Very nice taste. Sweet caramel and bourbon throughout. Pairs well with homemade chocolate chip cookies. Taste is boozy, but not excessively so.
Only thing I'd like to see is a bit more carbonation. Not a high level, but this was almost still. I think that's intentional, but would be better with just a touch more fizz. Happy I have a few more in the cellar nonetheless.
