A balanced tart.
This attractive clear Golden settles thin, but clings to the glass.
Smells mildly tart, vinous-like.
Tastes a balanced blend of two years; the brewer's subtle knowledge seems applied here.
Finishes dry and lingers as to remind me what a good job was done here.
Good with my Tatter Tots at SF’s City Beer Store.
I went on Soquel’s website and see they have no taproom and instead adopted the bottle club model. This makes sense so they can focus on their unique brewing art.
