This one was pretty good but the main drawback for me was the mouthfeel. It was on the thin side. Tis detracted from both the taste and the feel. The nose popped nicely with some tropical notes, citrus, and hint of melon.
The flavor too, but less so.

16oz can of 2024 edition, brewed in collaboration with Surly and Pinthouse Brewing Companies. No canning date, although it says "Hop Harvest 2024" in a couple different places in the can label, so it's obviously not particularly old. Purchased at Community Pint, in Spokane, WA.
Poured into a 16oz glass, this was a slightly dull and chill-hazed golden amber, with a creamy looking bone-white head that receded rather cleanly, not leaving much in the way of lace.
Nose was hoppy, of course, reminiscent of tropical fruits, melons and grapefruit, in that order.
Taste is much like the nose, with sweet, fruity flavors up front, with a moderate bitterness quickly forming up in the background. Finishes moderately crisp and dry.
Medium bodied, with a slightly oily mouth feel.
A pretty good, not great FH beer, although at this point it might well have begun to deteriorate from what it might've been a couple weeks ago, so perhaps a fresher example might be more "wowing."

16oz can served in a half pint shaker. Don't see a date on it. Bought it at Full Throttle Bottles five days ago.
Pours clear light amber-yellow with a small head, fine carbonation. Smell is mild, mostly lemon rind, some floral and cut stems, orange blossom.
Taste is dank and earthy bitterness, light honeysuckle. Lots of grain husk, some pine resin bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium to light, smooth and dry, bordering on crisp. Overall, pretty good.

16oz can (undated, but 2024 and presumably packaged in September) into a tulip. Pours a slightly hazy pale golden color with a 1-finger white head. Standard IPA fare here.
Aroma is big C-hops, mostly citrus and pine with some more subtle tropical notes in the background. A touch of lemon peel.
Taste is assertively bitter and acidic up front—fresh hops on full display. Grapefruit rind, resinous pine. Pale neutral biscuity malt does its job in the background, holding things together.
Mouthfeel is consistent with other Single Hill fresh hop IPAs I’ve had this season—just the right body to feel satisfying with a clean, crisp finish.
Overall another great fresh hop beer from Single Hill. I haven’t noticed a huge difference between the various FH beers I’ve tried from them (a side-by-side blind tasting might prove otherwise), but they’ve all been very good. Hard to find much to critique here.
