Appearance - The beer was straw, yellow, with visible carbonation and an inch of white head.
Smell - The nose was slightly tart yet bready.
Taste - The profile was bubbly and tart, but the yeast presents with a strong. With impressions of salt, one could easily remarked that this is a soured liquid pretzel. It also brought to mind a gose. The tiredness fades quickly in the finish.
Mouthfeel - The carbonation was fairly aggressive.
Overall - This was an easy drinker on a warm spring evening.

My first Kvass. Pours a gold color with a bubbly white head that disappears quickly. Aroma is floral and grains. Taste is tangy with an effervescent mouth feel. Crisp and dry.

Released January 2022; drank 11/25/22 @ the Family Compound.
Cloudy dull orange appearance.
An even pour yielded a huge, noisy off-white head which quickly dissipated; decent lace.
Pretzel grain, dry wheat & faint lemon notes in the nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
Cereal grain, lemon & faint clove flavors.
Effervescent & easy drinking.

Chill hazed at first, but actually quite sparklingly clear gold as it calms, its tall airy white head slowly fizzles to a translucent but level blanket with finely spaced bubbles.
The ultra floatingly frothy introduction lifts mild notes of Belgian yeast like pear and a little clovey spice both brightened on the nose and the palate by white grape and even wine characteristics, overall expressing a barely there tartness.
I could down this saison by another name very easily.
