Taste ye some of Talitha's Libation, a strong apple graf aged in J. Carver Apple Brandy Barrels. The aroma is rich with rustic apple and a hint of caramel. Copper-Orange in color with an off-white head. Medium bodied with a light carbonation and a smooth mouthfeel. The flavor begins sweetly with heavy tones of caramel apple, punctuated by earthy barrel notes that fade into a dry hint of apple pie spice. The perfect thing to keep you warm as the world moves on.
