(12 oz can, 03/22/2024; purchased cold six pack at Barrington location 2 days ago... poured into my Tonewood "Slow Pour Pils" style cylindrical glass)
L: clear, pale gold liquid; beautiful bouffant foam build, collapsing to a frayed collar... splotch lace at the top, none below
S: hard pretzel, salted; the sourdough crumb of it as well... pretty potent and robust for its ilk
T: doughy center, toasty bread crusty edges; spicy, herbal, floral flare coming off the front end, simmering at the palate fore and back of teeth... vague bit of German pils character on the approach, which the finish flushes away; kind of similar to High Life, just a bit more harsh
F: fair bit of fizz... about on point for aal body; cut, dry, no significant roundness or viscosity, snap off finish... subtle warmth lingers
O: not the ideal glass for this, but it did seem to concentrate and drive the attack of the flavors... based on style (they call it a Mexican style lager, yeah no), it's got a bit more kick in character... a lawn dart crusher (2280)

12oz can served in a little angular glass. Can is dated 05/30/23. @jonphisher sent it to me in a care package.
Pours clear golden with a bit of a brassy tinge, moderate head. Smell is light and pretty clean, a little bit of bready yeast and a bit of lagery funk.
Taste is moderately sweet, little bit of lemon and a fair bit of honey or honeysuckle, little bit of earthy bitterness way in the back, breadiness takes on more of a corn bread kind of character, though not as corny.
Mouthfeel is very light and clean. Overall, not a showstopper or anything, but a good clean easy-to-drink, refreshing beer. Maybe a bit on the sweet and full side for the style, but I like it.

Pours a light shade of gold, mostly clear with a light chill haze, average retention, no lacing.
Smell is a touch floral, toasty, sweet cereal; the malt notes are really front and center on this one, hops playing a light supporting role.
Taste follows similarly, toasty and lightly sweet bread, stem like floral notes; the malt comes on strong before finishing mind messingly light when compared to the malt character.
Mouth on this beer is quite nice; carbonation is smooth, residual light sweetness that dries out with a bite, very snappy, lightly full, low bitterness, very clean finish.

Just a slightly thin body with average carbonation. Overall a pleasant feel which helped make this just what it is, a beer to have a few while lounging.
Aroma is citrus peel, malt , floral hops, doughy bread.
Taste was similar to aroma with a bit of bitter citrus peel.
Crisp, clean, flavorful without being overwhelming which made it go well with food.
