Bought this Rouge from UtoBeer in London's Borough Market, a very good source of Belgians and Romans (there are still more for me to try.) I like Roman, but not a lot... yet. 17 generations of family brewing shows dedication. And they have several different product lines. And their brews are interesting. So, high Overall Hugs for Roman.
Rouge is probably only interesting. Looks good, particularly how lace climbs the cylinder. Smells are less distinct. Nor do Tastes offer much above the average. Probably could use some character... and less cloying in the finish. Medium-mouthed, good enough bubbles to cleanse the palate. Would not have again, but I look forward to Sloeber !

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
