Barely hazy, burnt yet shimmering apricot-gold and, other than a minor bubbly collar, nothing on the head front otherwise.
Smell is very faint, but exhibits light fruity strawberry-rhubarb paired with slightly more present lemon, oak and light acid. Toasted sesame pops in as it warms.
This is a light, watery sour, especially by JP's standards, with a bright oak, apricot and a vegetable root bitterness. Peppery lemon rind and peach develop shortly after in this mildly carbonated brew with a semi-dry finish.
