This is only available in Oregon and Washington, but if you ever have a chance, you need to try Crux brewing's Half Hitch Imperial Mosaic hopped Double IPA. It is an impressive IPA that is one of the smothest 10% ABV beers that I've had.

Ale Asylum (Madison WI), all of their ipa's and pales are single hopped. Hopalicious is cascade, Ballistic is Amarillo, Satisfaction Jackson(< like my avatar) is centennial, Bedlam is all Citra, etc.

Favorite single hopped beers for me (in order):

    pseudoSue (Citra) - Toppling Goliath
King Sue (Citra) - Toppling Goliath
    Sosus (Mosaic) - Toppling Goliath
Twisted Galaxy (Galaxy) - Toppling Goliath
Zeelander (Nelson Sauvin) - Toppling Goliath
    Galaxy Hero (Galaxy) - Revolution
Golden Nugget (Nugget) - Toppling Goliath

TG is the clear winner of all things single hopped. Each one listed is world class!

When I had TG Golden Nugget the first time several years ago, the brewers were pitching it to a local bar in Cedar Falls, IA (Mulligan's) at a table with some growlers. I sampled it and remember them saying there were 5 or so hops including Nugget. I don't believe it's single hopped, unless the recipe changed after their expansion.

Echoing the Flying Dog single hop series sentiments, all have been very good so far, citra and galaxy topping the list for me. Also on the local DC metro scene, DC Brau Solar Abyss (Mosaic) was out of this world in my opinion, hopefully it is not a one-off release. Other fairly recent ones which come to mind with good distribution are Clown Shoes Space Cake (Mosaic), and Schlafly Tasmanian (Galaxy), both really solid IPA's.

Do not believe Founder's to be all Centennial although Bell's Two-Hearted certainly is.

I seem to remember reading a post on here not long ago that Cascade was used in Founder's Centennial. Either that or it was a different hop used for bittering.

I thought Red's Rye's description is (was?) something like "Four types of imported caramel malts and 100% Amarillo hops" but I could easily be wrong. And thanks for the clarification about Ruination!
