I strongly second the 51K IPA suggestion. Very solid IPA that holds its own and offers some variety from some of Michigan's best (Two Hearted, Centennial). I haven't seen this one distributed in Metro Detroit yet, though it is available in the northern lower peninsula. Definitely recommend grabbing a six pack for those that come across it.

Jack's Abby has some great beers. I personally really like Hoponius Union, Mass Rising and Cherry Berliner Braun. All three world class and still quite unknown.

    Proclamation Zzzlumber Imperial Stout
Beer'd Dogs & Boats Double IPA

I know there are more (from both of those breweries), but those two are some of the unknowns I love.

Great list - I'd also add the Lake Louie Bunny Green Toe IPA and Mister Mephisto Imperial Russian Stout

Cricket Hill Small Batch Smoked Rye. It's a seasonal by them, and probably the best beer they brew. Absolutely fantastic stuff. Too bad it doesn't get bottled, and distro doesn't go far out of NJ.

Carton Regular Coffee. If you like coffee, this is the beer for you. My favorite non-stout coffee beer.

Both of the above are in my top 10 favorite beers of all time.

Urban Chestnut Zwickel. Phenomenal, traditional German pale lager.

Crown Valley Big Bison. Traditional, not too boozy, wonderful dubbel

Schlafly Pumpkin Ale/Pumpkin Stout. Few do pumpkin beer better.

Black Sheep Riggwelter. If ever in England, find it. In good condition, it's life changing.

Worthington White Shield. THE only English style IPA you need.

On the West Coast I really enjoy Knee Deep (Simtra and Citra are both really good). On the East Coast I love Grimm Artisanal Double Negative and Beer'd from Connecticut (Hobbit Juice DIPA and Weight of Sound DIPA) is outstanding. A really diverse selection of IPAs and DIPAs.

Going to continue pushing what is one of my favorite IPA's - Community Mosiac
    Four Corners Block Party
Live Oak Hefeweizen - Decently known, but not nearly as sought after as it should be.
Lakewood's Temptress is great, but the rumor is that they are bottling their Raspberry Temptress this year, which was incredible...
    Peticolas Velvet Hammer
