Hi everyone, I will be in Austin in a month or so for business. When I travel alone I usually try to find a good brewery in the area since I have nothing to do, and I knew that Jester King was close by. However, I will only be there from Monday to Wednesday and it appears that their tasting room is only open on the weekends. My question is, are there any other places in Austin that would have Jester King on tap or that sell some bottles that I can take home? I've never had their beer before so I'd be very happy to get some and I'd appreciate it if any of you can help. Also, am I not thinking of any other breweries that are in the area? Matt
Whichcraft or Sunrise minimart are musts but a few of their beers have been all over town (grocery stores) lately.
Also if you are looking for a good brewery to kill time at that's open those days, hit Hops & Grain. Good beer, usually a good food truck around dinner time and nice atmosphere.
