Crafted at The J. Clyde in Birmingham, Ala.
With a focus on the best available craft beer and cask ales, The J. Clyde has been a sanctuary for Birmingham beer lovers since 2007. When we later established our rotating menu of handcrafted cocktails, we wanted to create the perfect beer-based cocktail to sip on our patio on a beautiful Alabama afternoon.
1 1/2 oz Cathead Vodka
Moylan’s Dragoon Nitro Stout
Bloody Mary mix
slice of bacon and pickled okra to garnish
Place vodka and a splash of Nitro Stout in a pint glass and fill with ice. Then top off with Bloody Mary mix and shake gently, pouring the mixed ingredients back into the pint glass. Slide a piece each of cooked bacon and pickled okra along the side of the glass to garnish. ■
