Damn, this is one tasty beer. I'm usually not the type who drinks flavored beers but this one is over the top delicious.
It looks like a trippel with a very silky head from the Nitro.
The smell is fantastic, clean and of strawberry and chocolate. Lots of chocolate.
This beer isn't sweet at all which is good. the chocolate dominates the first few sips and then strawberry comes in to play the more you drink it. Being an ale, it's hard to describe the other flavors but it has enough malt to give it some depth. No discernible hop flavors. This is a damn good beer. I'd drive an hour+ for a pint.
This was my first visit to the Bruery, we were on vacation. Love this place. Just wish their 750's were not so expensive.
