Unfiltered Saison brewed with continental malts, dark candi sugar, European hops and our house blend of Saison yeasts. This dark golden hued Saison has hints of dark cherry and plum in the background that are balanced by flavors of toasted bread, a bright citrus nose and clean, dry finish.

I don't see the bad wrap this beer is getting. Its a unfiltered saison that I found to drink very easily. Mouthfeel could use some improvements as it was a little thin but the saison aspect was there. It would go great with a meal.

Not a very good offering by Kane, IMHO. Here goes:
A: Not much head, lacing, or carbonation. Also pours relatively clear for a saison (doesn't seem to be conditioned with yeast at all). Very weak-looking for the style.
S: Very faint banana, some white pepper, and - surprisingly - Belgian yeast (wouldn't have thought this given the appearance). Alright, but very mediocre.
T: Not very good. Not dry or carbonated enough, which ruins the experience. Maybe some Belgian yeast and peppery notes, but there's not much going on in this brew. Also very watery.
F: Not dry or carbonated enough. Very watery to boot.
O: Not a very good Kane offering. Thankfully the other beers they make (especially the stouts) are better.
