3653 is an intricate blend of barrel aged imperial stouts and porters, hand-picked to create a beer inspired by a decadent breakfast pastry – Chocolate Coconut Coffee Cake. We took this blend, with an average age of 32 months in barrels, and conditioned it on cacao nibs, toasted coconut, cinnamon, and Rook coffee.

Sampling a cellar temp 16.9 floz bottle poured into my snifter. Bottle is from 2021 and has been in my cellar since purchase via Kane online store and delivery. The beer pours a black coffee color with no light passing through the glass. No light passes through my glass.
A fizzy and fluffy beige head of 1.5 cm foams up form the gentle pour. This foam fades to nothing within the first 15 minutes of the sampling.
Aroma is faint roast coffee, lots of dark chocolate and roasted malt notes. Hints of bourbon and vanilla as well, and a bit of peppery booziness seeps through the nose. No hint of hop profile here.
First sip reveals a medium to thick body and slightly sticky texture. Fine and spacious carbonation on this beer but otherwise this is a sipping treat.
Flavor is fudge, dark chocolate and roasted malts. I also get some faint coffee notes and hints of cinnamon roll across the finish. The beer is fairly complex and I can feel the booziness by the end of my sampling, but not a lot of warmth during the tasting.
A big tasty imperial stout. Glad I purchased this one and enjoy drinking it.

500ml waxed/capped served in a slightly tulippy wineglass. If there's a date, I don't see it. Received from @MacMalt in NBS BIF #14.
Pours black, almost no head, couple goobers floating around on top after pouring perhaps a bit too completely. Smell is beautiful, rich chocolate and vanilla, lots of dark roasted coffee.
Taste is similar -- luscious chocolate with a nice dark roast coffee background, a little anise, lots of vanilla. Noticeable coconut and a hint of cinnamon.
Mouthfeel is thick, rich, smooth. Overall, excellent beer.

Obsidian black with a dark mocha foam head that slowly pushes through the seemingly viscous body to build a moderate height that settles audibly yet suddenly to a fine chain.
The individual components weave into each other without any one screaming for attention, becoming scrumptious bourbon caramels until the end of time. The coconut is deeply toasted, pairing with the cinnamon in a way that's more dulce de leche, while the chocolate and coffee enrich the experience to less sweet and more savory depths. The barrel brings endless vanillin oak and char on the exhale, just begging to be contemplated for as long as humanely possible.
Contradicting its appearance, the drinkably medium, damn near crisp and prickly body exhibits decadence and maturity as one, warming the throat long after the semi-dry finish. It even becomes dichotomously black peppery and milky as it warms.

Pours very thick and very dark, minimal head. Aroma is fudge, light cinnamon, light coffee, decent coconut aroma. Flavor is dark bittersweet chocolate, cinnamon, coconut is in there at the end, coffee appears after you swallow. Sweetness is nicely balanced by an espresso end. Thick and viscous, it has a tanginess to it that I would usually associate with a fruit addition, but no fruit in this beer. Overall an amazing beer.
