Coconut Creemeery is our 10.2% Imperial Milk Stout with a unique coconut twist on the classic Vermont ice cream treat.
Coconut Creemeery began with a chocolate-heavy malt profile, a dash of milk sugar, and light maple syrup layered into an extended boil.
It was then conditioned on Madagascar Vanilla beans, Korintje cinnamon, and freshly toasted coconut.
The resulting beer pours with a frothy mocha head and presents a balanced flavor profile of chocolate ice cream, light marshmallow, coconut, and sweet vanilla spice.

Pours dark and somewhat viscous, minimal head. Aroma is mainly cinnamon, faint coconut. Cinnamon becomes more pronounced as it warms and overtakes the vanilla and coconut :(
Thick texture, light carbonation. Overall a fun beer, I wish it didn’t have all that cinnamon…
