Growler from the brewery poured into snifter - thanks Brad

Inky blacked out pour with a thinner bubbled darkly tanned head. Fades out quickly into a thin collar with a filmy cloud resting on top.

Roasted dark malts in the nose with cocoa powder, dark chocolate and vanilla beans. Softly sweet, warm and inviting.

Malty and robust up front with baker's chocolate, cocoa powder and vanilla. Roasted, thick backbone with touches of molasses and chalky sweetness, with a continuing background of vanilla. Finishes roasty, sweet and smooth without a wisp of alcohol.

Fuller medium body, slightly milder carbonation, creamy and soft on the tongue. This drinks just as easy as the regular Port Omna, and the vanilla is more of a compliment to the chewy chocolatey flavors, rather than blowing away the rest of the profile.
