On tap at Adroit Theory tasting room. Fourth in a flight of 6 3oz snifters. Slightly hazy yellow with a white collar and some soapy lacing. Banana, white pepper, wood, and citrus in the aroma. Citrus and tropical fruit flavors, with wood and pepper bitterness. Light body, silky-thin texture, low carbonation, dry finish.
