Saison with Methodical Golden Hour Tea
To those with many homes. Destined to wander. All within orbit of the collective humanity, aligning for an eternal moment. Mashed with a blend of North Carolina malted barley and triticale, this saison was hopped in the kettle with the beautiful crystal hop before being whirlpooled with tea blended by Methodical Coffee Roasters containing black tea, apple pieces, cinnamon, clove, rose, marigold, and honey vanilla. Fermented with our house saison yeast that originated in Belgium, take a glass and experience fresh baked apple fritters dusted in pie spice enjoyed on the first sunset of the fallen leaves of autumn.
