Single Thread is our yearly release exclusively for our La Coterie members. For the 2020 blending, we chose to entwine threads of Framboise du Fermier and Kriek du Fermier for this inagural release. Single Thread 2020 was aged an extended period of time in the bottle before we felt it was ready to share with you.

Pours a really vibrant red color with a white head on top. The smell of the beer is of funky cherry. The taste is similar to the nose some oak tannin in there too. The feel is sharp and nicely carbonated. Overall it’s a great beer.

Hazy raspberry color with thick pink lacing, low carb. Sour cherry with funk. Cherry tartness and funk with a big medium body with juicy puckering. Rock solid, tart, and puckering.
