A biere-de-coupage blended spontaneous ale inspired by our beloved dandelion ale, Brutus. This version aged additionally on estate-grown marigold flowers. 25% Appalachian spontaneous ale married with 75% fresh saison.

Pale golden orange, two fingers of foam and minimal sudsy lace around the edges.
Botanical and citrus aromas, eucalyptus, oak, and lemon.
Taste follows with eucalyptus, oak, and lemon. Juniper berry, earthy marigold.
Light bodied and spritzy. Very unique, like a botanical spiked lemonade. Nice refresher, easily drinkable with a nice light acidity.
