Looks perfect - radiant with a couple inches of enduring head. Perfect carbonation. Aroma has a touch of funk, a slight gueuzy undertone (cheesiness?) and some bright floral and citrus notes. Taste is a bit more subdued, the funk falls away and it finishes a bit flat. Mouth feel is a bit heavy. Very good but not up to the level of the DH Oak Theory.
