Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a soft semi-cloudy burnt yellow color to it, some glossiness. Half fingered white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Messy semi-clingy lace. The aroma pulls together some sweet grains over some subtle grapefruit pulpy sweetness. A touch of zest orange peel and then some white pepper. The flavor ends up semi-sweet through the grapefruit pulp and orange peel. And then pops over to some bitterness through the orange peel. White pepper ends it all. Crisp semi-dry sort of pulpy aftertaste and finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Moderate carbonation felt good. ABV felt as intended. Overall, pretty good saison that I wouldn’t mind having again preferably in the Summer or perhaps Spring.

My first beer from Foam, and also get the first review! On tap at Foam in Burlington.
Pours a slightly murky yelow with som soft foam.
The smell is yeasty, with citrus peel and lemon juice.
The taste is dry and light, with grapefruit and lemon followed by a slight bitterness and some yeast. Really easy to drink.
Mouthfeel is nice and soft, with nice, bubbly carbonation.
First beer ever from one of the places I most looked forward to going to, and it does not disappoint. Very easy to drink, with great citrus tones and nice feel.
