Subtle aromas of orange marmalade + tea & toast up front from a blend of high-oil Cascade & East Kent Golding hops, along with biscuity English malt. Smooth, light body, with a touch of honey-like sweetness and a crisp-n-bitter finish. Super sessionable. Grab your hobbit pals and crush a few of these preciousssss beauties. Let the journey begin…

Deep orange-ish copper colored body, clear; light carbonation; thick head, semi-creamy and sticky. Distinct presence of orange in the nose; light grain and caramel. Light malt flavor with a subtle tea-like tone; rather weak taste overall. Medium body; glassy.
Perhaps the beer needs to warm some before the taste and mouthfeel develop, but those two factors dragged down my overall rating for this beer. The taste, other than the tea-like taste seems rather bland overall, and the mouthfeel just seems so-so.

Clear orangey brown with a huge beige head that quickly settles into a head. Great heavily toasted caramel malt, mildly darker english yeast, general nuttiness, and dried date in the nose. Taste is simpler with malt, yeast and big nutty and earthy hops with a shot of orange slice on the finish as it warms. Piney hops powerfully dot the malt and yeast, medium bodied and sneaky yeasty under the hops.

One of a few breweries I would have least expected a proper ESB from so thank you for that KCBC. Extra Special bitter, hopped with Magnum, EKG, and High-Oil Cascade hops. Canned 9/20/21 so a touch behind ideal freshness.
The appearance is bright copper upon pouring with a nice slightly off-white head with a one finger height, with a little foam over-pouring. I was a bit overzealous.
Classic ESB aromas. Toffee and tea, with a slight brushing of maple syrup.
Everything here is amazingly by-the-numbers classic. Palate of toffee, biscuits, maybe a lite marmalade or lemon note.
The only thing the mouthfeel lacks is the cask still-ness. Slightly dry, rich and malty with persistent carbonation. Aftertaste revisits all the flavors and aromas and creates a good presence for another sip.
Overall impressed! I am on a bit of an English bitter/ESB/pale fascination trend lately so this was for me and in spite of that I think it would hold up very well to most. I would also just hope more brewers continue to make them and more people would try them.

This one pours a light golden amber color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like tea, bready malt, grassy hops, and honey.
This is a solid bitter, but I'd like a bit more a crisp bite on the fish. The malt character is nice, though - with light hints of honey, and a nice bready malt backbone.
This is medium bodied, slick, slightly creamy, and very drinkable.
I'd love to try this one on cask - I bet that would help it a lot. As it stands now, it's still a tasty little bitter.

Pours a clear light caramel color, carbonation is visible. A large foamy and billowing head retains very well.
The nose opens with nice notes of biscuit, toast and floral spices. Aromas of tea, cracker, honey and a touch of orange.
Biscuity and toasty but dry in the palate overall. Well balanced with fruity and floral esters and a gently assertive hops bitterness. Notes of dry cracker, a touch nutty, grass, tea, lemon and orange.
Medium to light bodied with a smooth and silky mouthfeel. The finish dries things off nicely, along with a resiny linger. The carbonation is gentle.
A good interpretation of the style; an interesting hops combination . Very smooth and textbook easy drinking. I would have again.

Taste is similar, stronger on the nuts, light toffee. Strong burnt caramel finish.
Mouthfeel is very light, clean, and very dry. Overall, very nice beer.

A: The beer is hazy coppery amber in color and seems to have a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high beige colored head that died down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass and a thin film covering the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of biscuit malts are present in the nose along with notes of toasted malts.
T: The taste follows the smell and also has a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and a bit dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is nice and malty but is very easy to drink. It can be considered sessionable.

Let’s be real: seeing a craft beer brewed Bitter in California is like a sunny day in Glasgow - it just doesn’t really happen! But hot damn, today Raul actually laid his eyes on one and he bought it well and good. And you know what? Like collecting $200 when you pass go, it shreds! Now, it’s just a nice and simple Bitter. But that’s all the Raul man was hoping for. Like Alec Guinness doing his thing, it’s just beautifully restrained and doesn’t ask for much applause. Hell yeah!

A: Med amber with copper-orange highlights. Not thick, but has a iced haziness. Head isn't exactly thick, but it did last a while in my pint glass; egg shell cream colored.
S: Spice, grapefruit peel, light pine, rosemary infused honey. Husk grain.
M: Med-light body. Mod to heavy carbonation for style.
T: Rich, grainy and husk-like malt flavor; 12-grain wheat in a clay oven rusticity. Lavender, herb, woody, marjoram, coriander spice layered on honeyed, biscuity-doughy malt. Finish is smooth, treacly, grainy, and of orange blossom honey.
