Long weekend in Dallas

Never been myself, but I hear good things about visiting Lakewood (East Dallas). Revolver is becoming one of my favorite local breweries.

So, no one knows how to do a search anymore?

 

The good thing about it is that I can do the search, find the last DFW thread, and pretty much copy paste the list of links someone has put in there and add it to this one. It just continues on and easy to find now.

Deep Ellum is closed right now, and have been for a couple of weeks for remodeling.
And Revolver is really far from DE...
If in Dallas, I would try Community and Lakewood. Both have really good stuff. But I would easily pick Community if you had to choose one. Lakewood is kinda far too...from everything.
Meddlesome Moth, Strangeways, and the Common Table are bars/gastro to visit.

If it's this weekend common table is having 25 dogfish head beers tomorrow.

 

JC, I'd have to take out a loan just to drink a quarter of their beers.

 

Thinking of going...the moth just had pretty much the same ones a week ago.
i'll say that 2013 120 and 2010 theobroma are worth the time

tip if anyone goes: beer 1000 is putrid
