aging beers

    there might be a thread already but not sure...so i'm gonna get straight to the point imma stout/porter kinda guy...but what beer styles are the best to age and which ones should not really age, i'm looking to start with a cellar but am not sure what would be good styles and bad styles???? any help would be great

    Hey. Welcome to cellaring and aging beers! It's a good time, but definitely make it a point to not overdo it (as I have). You'll end up with more beer than you can drink fast enough/ before they get TOO old - because even beers that age well can get TOO OLD.
