Yes please put some limes in! Something as cool as the maize, like kaffir lime

How do you do a decoction there? Isn't there special equipment? (I gotta go watch the video.)

Just finished up the final beer for round #2.
    • Thanks to Todd and the BA team for putting this together
    • Our highest rated beer was #12 - the Baltic Porter
    • We note that CA had 3 of the 12 beers which we think is a bit heavy considering the fine lagers from the Pacific Northwest
    • Our vote was a Porter/Stout Fest just in time for the Holidays

Yo, for reeal, Virtual Beer fests are where its at. You don't have to go anywhere, you're safe at home, and if you get wasted, you don't have to worry about getting back home. This is the second virtual beer fest I've done (first was Queer Beer Fest) and it's great to have it broken up into two sessions. In-Person beer fests are fun, and they give the impression of trying more, but anyone who has been to an in-person fest knows that you don't actually try as much as you would hope to. I like the format of having a full pint, safely at home. I definitely like the educational aspect of the fest too.
