South Carolina Poised to Pass “Stone Bill”

South Carolina is poised to pass legislation overhauling the state’s Prohibition-era brewpub laws in an effort to entice Stone Brewing to choose the state for the site of their East Coast expansion. The “Stone Bill” will increase the allowed production, permit sales to retailers and sanction the sale of cans on-site.
